Important Points to Remember
Here are some important points that you must have to consider in regards to the SBI EMS Portal:
• If your account got deactivated due to any reason and you want to activate your account again then you need to raise the request of the account requirements with EMS head or admin in the IT department. After the approval, the account will be activated for 24 hours.
• Username and Password will share with the employees only.
• The password which is shared with the employee will be a one-time password. So with the first login, a person has to change the password.
• The password will be valid for 90 days, and after the 90 days the password will expire and the user will have to update the password. Changing the password is a process which will occur after every 90 days.
• If a user forgets his or her password of EMS portal, then a person has to contact the EMS helpline on call to reset the password.
