In Tamil, the distribution rights have been taken up by Vishal’s Vishal Film Factory while the Hindi version will be distributed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment jointly with Anil Thadani’s AA Films. Leading Telugu producer Sai Korrapati is handling the distributions in the Telugu states. Hombale Films is self-releasing the Malayalam version in Kerala.
Five Languages + China Release
In order to promote the film and the Sandalwood Industry, the film will be screened in five languages, to accommodate audiences across the country! The languages are Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. The filmmakers have done everything to ensure that language does not become a barrier between the movie and the audiences. What’s more is that the producers also have plans to make Chinese and Japanese versions of the movie!
The next biggest southern sensation?
Just the way Rajamouli’s Bahubali Franchise made Prabhas a sensation across the country, KGF could propel Yash to greater heights because of the script and performance. This would be perfect, given Yash’s meteoric rise in the Kannada film industry.
