Time and again, Bengaluru amazes us with the uniquely themed restaurants that crop up across the city very often. This time around, a newly opened hotel in Rajarajeshwari Nagar is trying to impress us not only with its dishes but also with the spectacular ambiance that it has on offer. Located close to the JSS College, here is more about India’s first stream restaurant, The Stonny Brook.
The Waterfall Restaurant from Philippines to India
An extremely popular restaurant in Philippines, at this property, tables are laid down at the bank of a river. Meaning which, while you enjoy your food, there is water flowing under your feet, all of which is entirely superlative. The same concept has now been brought to India, with Stonny Brook becoming the first-ever to do so.
Now in Bengaluru!
Having opened to the public on October 5th, this restaurant is turning out to be the favorite for many in the city. Almost 200 people can occupy this place at a time, with close to 10000 liters of water recycled as a stream under your tables.
This restaurant provides you with an experience that is hard to find anywhere across the city of the country. Built entirely of stone, this property sets your mood right and coupled with the good time that ‘you are having under the table’ , Stonny Brook will leave a lasting mark on you.
A Fish Pedicure for the starters
Well, before you actually start indulging in your food, the management of Stonny Brook leads you into a ‘Fish Pedicure’ area for a few minutes. This, in essence, is the perfect possible ‘starter’ for you at any restaurant.
There is only one music that you would hear here. And, that is of the soothing sound of the flowing water. There is no live band or loud music here, hence, assuring you of a serene time at this spot.
Ambiance – Perfect, Food?
Stonny Brook offers you plenty of varieties with its diverse menu card. You could find a lot of cuisines here, with the majority of them being Asian. Hence, if someone is looking for a weekend indulgence of Chinese or Thai food, Stonny Brook is the quintessential option.
