Reliance Jio is the first company that has implemented e-KYC. It means that the customer does not have to wait for a longer time to get his SIM activated.

The company is also the first in India to use biometric verification ensuring network security and also security to its customer.

The company made a major investment in infrastructure and laid down optical fibers across India. It is believed that the network of the optical fiber is 2.5 lakh kilometers long across the country.
