The self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R. Khan aka KRK has ripped the director Om Raut for Adipurush and claims UP CM Yogi Adityanath didn’t launch it after watching the teaser.
KRK lashes out at Adipurush makers
Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan-starrer Adipurush have been facing criticism ever since the makers released the first teaser of the upcoming film. The film has been criticized for its VFX and CGI, as well as, for the “misinterpretation” of Lord Ram, Ravana, and Hanuman.
Saif’s look as Ravana, in particular, has become a hot topic of discussion, with netizens comparing it with Alauddin Khilji. Now, the character appearances in the mythological drama were recently discussed by Kamaal R. Khan.
CM Yogi’s reaction after watching the teaser
To persuade more people of his view, self-proclaimed critic KRK has now dropped a video criticizing the film. The Deshdrohi actor recorded a detailed video where he made many claims including that they had approached Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath for the teaser launch.
According to KRK, to release the Adipurush teaser on a big scale the makers approached UP CM Yogi Adityanath and invited him to the mega event in Ayodhya. However, the CM asked the makers to first show the teaser to him before he joins the event. This is when CM Yogi Adityanath gave a big thumbs down to the makers and denounced the trailer for the misrepresentation of the characters of the film. Thus, he decided to give the teaser launch a miss.
Yogi Adityanath apparently told the Adipurush makers, “You have tried to Islamify Ramayan. You are disrespecting us. I will not release its teaser,” claims KRK.
