A Twitter user from Bengaluru shared a sarcastic post on the city’s traffic situation and the internet found it too relatable.
Traffic conditions in Bengaluru
Cities like Bengaluru are quite infamous for their traffic conditions and this has been an issue for decades. And, that was highlighted by a Twitter user named Shrikant. He shared a sarcastic post on the city’s traffic situation and the internet found it too relatable.
In the post, Shrikant mentioned that his friend is planning on selling his car’s third, fourth and fifth gear. Why do you ask? Well, because in traffic jams, the mentioned gears are hardly used.
“My friend in Bengaluru is planning to sell the 3rd, 4th and 5th gears of his car. They are unused and in showroom condition,” reads the post. “Any buyer in Bengaluru?” he wrote in the caption.

To add to the woes, we have hundreds of traffic rule violators on every road! Triple riding, driving one-handed with the other hand holding mobile pressed to their ears! Driving along the wrong side on one-ways! You question them, you get choicest swear words back!

Jokes aside, pretty sad to see people go to Bangalore looking for jobs and once settled, make fun of Bangalore infra. Nobody asked them to go there.

How much discount you @anandmahindra will give on Thar & Big Daddy without our 3rd, 4th,…..till top gear?
We Mumbaikar & Bangaloreans don't need any gears above 2nd gear.

Hahahahahahaha, rightly said , we are fortunate in many parts of Delhi as traffic is becoming quite smooth due to many flyovers plus wide roads – Outer Ring Road from NEHRU PLACE TO IGI AIRPORT is excellent drive as there are no red lights – traffic keeps on moving

Sir, dont give ideas. automobile companies might start offering models with just 1st gear in major cities and additional charges for other gears ?

I would recommend you to please walk. So let’s request the govt to replace roads with footpaths because we currently have hardly much useable footpaths in the city.
