We all know how the Kannada film industry is transforming itself in a way to try and present subjects in different genres. In the past 2-3 years, it’s been fruitful for the filmmakers paving a way to experiment with the content of an off-beat kind breaking the ‘stereotypes’. As another promising attempt, a movie titled Anuktha is all set to release on the first of February. So, in this context, the team has released their trailer and it looks very promising on the first sight.

A Murder Mystery set up in Coastal region of Karnataka

The very opening of this intriguing trailer starts with a musical bit carrying the flavor of Dakshina Kannada and its culture. The imageries of Daivakola, mysterious yet divine culture of Tulnad creates interest while the mention of a haunted house will add up to the curiosity. As the trailer runs further, it opens up to plots giving out clues about a murder mystery. The way this trailer has been cut, it is evident that movie is going to be a suspense-filled crime thriller in a horror backdrop.

Anuktha stars Karthik Attavar, Sangeetha Bhat, Anu Prabhakar, Mukherjee, Sampath Raj playing the primary characters. The movie doesn’t have a Big star cast however with a gripping story, it can go to heights and become dear to the audience.

The movie has music scored by Nobin Paul and story written by Santosh Kochadi and Karthik Attavar. The trailer of Anuktha is released on PRK Audio run by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar.

The trailer looks very promising. If the movie carries a gripping storyline then it has the potential to become the second Rangitaranga. The Daivakola imageries from the base of Dakshina Kannada adds its flavor while creating a sense of curiosity in the audience about the movie.
