‘Kantara’ and ‘Family Man’ fame Kishore Kumar G has stirred controversy by condemning the boycott Bollywood trend and correlating it to extreme hooliganism.

Popular Kananda actor Kishore takes a dig at the Boycott gang and urged the film industry to stand up against this extreme hooliganism.

Taking to social media, he said, “The time has come for the film fraternity of the entire country to stand up and support Bollywood by condemning the trend of boycotting Bollywood films, fanatical hooliganism against them, and the politics of hatred against its actors.”

“It’s a failure of the governments that they can’t ensure the safety of a business or an industry in the world’s biggest democracy,” Kishore added.

Previous controversy

The Kantara actor made headlines after he made a surprising remark against top grossing Kannada film of the year 2022. He said that the Yash starrer KGF was a mindless movie.

Kishore, said in an interview with India Today, “I don’t know if it is right or wrong but I haven’t watched ‘KGF 2’. It is not my type of cinema. It is a personal choice. I would rather watch a small film that is not successful but deals with something serious than something that is mindless.”
