Bengaluru Man buys the most ‘Expensive Dog’ in the world

Bengaluru is now home to one of the most expensive dogs in the world. The breeder said that the most expensive dog is staying at his home which is fully air-conditioned.

A breeder in Bengaluru recently bought a Caucasian Shepherd dog for a whopping Rs. 20 crores. The man, Satish, is the president of the Indian Dog Breeders’ Association. He bought the dog, a rare breed, from a breeder in Hyderabad, Bangalore Mirror reported.

The Caucasian Shepherd breed is known to be a guardian dog and is mostly found in places like Russia, Turkey, Armenia, Circassia, and Georgia. It is extremely rare to find this breed of dog in India. A fully-grown Caucasian Shepherd weighs around 44 to 77 kg and has a height of 23 to 30 inches.

These dogs are said to be bold, confident, fearless, and extremely intelligent. They are huge and furry to look at with their life span ranging between 10-12 years.

Most expensive dog in the world

According to the Bangalore Mirror, Caucasian Shepherds were used for centuries to protect properties from trespassers, guard livestock against large and small predators such as wolves and coyotes, and for many other duties.

The Hyderabad owner contacted Satish to inform them about the dog. Satish was fascinated by it and showed interest in buying the same. The dog was sold at a mammoth price of Rs. 20 crores. Satish has named the 1.5-year-old dog Cadabom Hayder.

“I was surprised to see that Hayder won many trophies and medals. In a span of seven days, Hayder won 32 medals. Hayder is very big in size and is extremely friendly. Currently, he is staying at my residence which is air-conditioned.

Satish is known to buy expensive breeds of dogs. In 2016, Satish became the first person in India to own two Korean mastiffs which cost him Rs. 1 crore each. He had imported the dogs from China. He had picked them up in a Rolls Royce and a Range Rover from the airport.
