After the massive success of Prashanth Neel’s KGF Chapter 2, filmmakers have already hinted that there could be a third installment in the franchise. Now, the film’s actress Archana Jois has revealed if she is participating in the film or not.

The director of KGF Prashanth Neel had earlier said that Yash’s film’s success has put a ‘compulsion’ on making a third movie. Speaking of whether there would actually be another movie in the KGF franchise, the director had told, “There is definitely a possibility of Chapter 3. People have loved this world, they’ve loved this character and we are gonna keep it going. We don’t know when, but we are gonna keep it going.”
While the entire team of KGF is to be credited for creating the KGF-mania, a special mention is necessary for actor Archana Jois, who played the mother of Yash’s character in the movie.
Although Archana’s screen time was smaller than other actors in the movies, her character was one of the most important elements of the movies. The emotional bond between mother and son is a vital theme throughout both movies and all of Rocky Bhai’s actions.
Archana’s participation
On being asked about participating in the third sequel of Prashanth Neel’s film KGF: Chapter 3, the 27-year-old confirmed her role in the film.
While streaming live on Instagram, Archana Jois was asked by a fan on featuring in KGF 3. “Yes, I will appear,” she replied.

Previously, KGF producer Vijay Kiragandur during an interview confirmed that the shooting for the KGF 3 may start by next year. He also announced that they are planning a ‘Marvel-like universe’ for the franchise. However, the cast is not likely to be announced anytime soon.
The film is currently in the writing stage. The makers of the franchise have announced that the schedule for the third part is dependent on Prashanth Neel and Yash’s dates. Both Yash and Prashanth are currently busy with different projects.
