Netizens are not happy after Aamir Khan dropped the first trailer for his upcoming movie, Laal Singh Chaddha. The Internet has complained about Aamir’s same expression in all his films.

Aamir Khan dropped the trailer for his much-delayed movie Laal Singh Chaddha on Sunday. The film, which is a remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump, also stars Kareena Kapoor. In it, Aamir plays the character of a Sikh man, who gets deployed in the army, becomes a track star, falls in love, gets heartbroken, and lives a life full of experiences.
Since the trailer’s release, many took to Twitter to express their disappointment. A few people mentioned how bad Aamir’s Punjabi accent sounded, and how he was giving the same, popped-eyes expression that he gave in a bunch of his recent films, such as PK, Dhoom 3, and 3 Idiots. Some even complained about how Aamir Khan chose to make his comeback to acting after five years with a remake that seems like a ‘spoof’ of the original.
Trolling Aamir’s performance, one person wrote, “Years back amir khan used to make mind blowing movies like ghulam, sarfarosh, lagaan, dil chahta hai. And in recent times he has made thugs of hindostan and dhoom 3. I guess not all wines age well with time.”
