KGF Chapter 2 Refuses To Slow Down; Beats Baahubali 2 To Become Fastest 250 Cr Grosser

The Prasanth Neel directorial continues to rake big amounts at the box office. The Hindi-dubbed version of KGF Chapter 2 has crossed Rs 250 crore in earnings beating Baahubali 2’s collection.

There is no doubt that KGF Chapter 2 has impacted the box office like a tsunami and entertained the audience with its storyline, dialogue, performances, direction, and screenplay. The Yash starred film’s Hindi version went past yet another huge milestone, that of 255 crores. Also, within just a week of its release, KGF Chapter 2 has maintained its consistency in breaking the records and zoomed past Rs 700 crore at the worldwide box office.

As per film industry tracker and trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan, KGF Chapter 2 has swiftly zoomed past the Rs 700 crore mark globally. He wrote, “#KGFChapter2 ZOOMS past ₹700 cr milestone mark.”

Hindi version

Meanwhile, being a Kananda film, KGF Chapter 2 has shown a magnificent performance in the Hindi market as well. After recording the highest 3rd-day collection with 143.64 Cr on its name, the film reached the figure of 250 in its first week. By bagging 254.97 Cr. Nett in 7 days in the Hindi belt, the film has become the highest 1st-week collector and the fastest one to cross the figure of 250 crore mark in the Hindi region.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that the film has become the fastest ever to cross the Rs 250 crore mark in the Hindi belt, crossing the milestone in just seven days. It defeated the likes of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which crossed the milestone on day eight, and Dangal, Sanju, and Tiger Zinda Hai, which crossed the milestone on day 10.

Also, Trade analyst Ramesh Bala has tweeted that the Prasanth Neel directorial will soon cross the whopping numbers of SS Rajamouli’s RRR in every domestic and global market, except the Telugu-speaking areas and the US.

“Except Telugu States and USA, #KGFChapter2 will overtake #RRR in every other domestic and overseas market,” tweeted Ramesh Bala on Thursday.
