Yuva Rajkumar, the latest entrant from Dr. Rajkumar’s family is making his onscreen debut soon. The youngest son of Raghavendra Rajkumar, Yuva’s debut film has been titled Yuva Ranadheera Kanteerava.

While Raghavendra Rajkumar has done several movies, he is doing far fewer films at the moment. On the other hand, Shiva Rajkumar and Puneeth Rajkumar have already established themselves as popular actors. Raghavendra Rajkumar’s elder son Vinay Rajkumar has also done a few films so far. With pedigree already there in the blood, it was a matter of time before Yuva made his debut.
Yuva Rajkumar is already a well-known man in the film industry. He has handled production for his home-banner and is aware of the nuances of the biz. The youngster also has his hands full with his charity work and the trust initiatives of his family.
Promising Video
His debut film was announced on April 24th this year, on the occasion of Dr. Rajkumar’s birthday. On November 1st, the makers released a launch video of the debutante from the film.
Titled Yuva Ranadheera Kanteerava, going by the first impression, the film seems to be one-of-a-kind in Sandalwood. With exceptional production values and amazing music, the film has the potential to achieve splendid things in the industry.
Talking about Yuva, he seems to a promising actor for KFI. He has adapted himself to the ‘warrior’ role with his physique and facial features. The video focused mainly on Yuva’s screen-presence, dialogue delivery, and his skills in action set-pieces. He impressed in each of these departments. While he uttered a fairly difficult monologue with ease, his screen-presence was on point. And in the action scenes, like everyone from his family, he was at ease. It seems as though KFI will be getting another talented actor for the future.
Will the KGF-connect help?
Yuva Ranadheera Kanteerava has been directed by Puneeth Rudranag, a former associate to Prashant Neel. In fact, Puneeth worked on the sets of KGF Chapter 1. Going by the visuals and the proceedings on the screen, there seems to be a strong influence of Mr. Neel’s directorial grammar on Puneeth. Hopefully, the impact can also stay the same.
KGF’s music director Ravi Basrur is the man behind the explosive BGM of the launch video. Knowing him, we can expect nothing short of a masterclass in Yuva Ranadheera Kanteerava. These two KGF-factors will only do good for Yuva Rajkumar and the film.
