According to a source, the medical college of Aligarh Muslim University has also issued a report saying that the Hathras girl was not raped.
There has been a massive outrage over the Hathras rape incident and the police action that followed the incident. The Yogi Adityanath government has also been under the scanner for the response. The Safdarjung hospital where the girl was admitted earlier conducted the post mortem and stated that the girl was not raped. Even in the initial video, the girl hadn’t mentioned that it was rape.
As per the neighbors and other locals, as reported by the Instagram handle placardguy, the girl was first beaten by the brother which had caused her some serious. As per some of the reports surfacing, one of the four victims was reportedly not present at the site.

Many are claiming that people are not interested in finding the truth instead are only looking to malign the image of BJP and Yogi Adityanath. The accusation from the other side has also been the politicization of the issue. People have also questioned the intention of the victim’s family for refusing the Narco & Polygraph test. There seems to be an accusation on the family for being the attacker on the girl.
This has now turned into a right versus left debate as BJP supporters are accusing Congress of politicizing the issue and the other side is asking for Yogi Adityanath to resign. An argument on the post mortem report has also been that since the body was cremated so early, the post mortem report might not have carried out as expectedly. The probe is now handed over to CBI and the police in charge of the case have been suspended including the DM. Earlier, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Shashi Tharoor visited the family’s house.
