Payal Ghosh revealed her horrific tale in an interview with ABN Telugu on Saturday. She said that Anurag Kashyap had once tried to force himself upon her. The actress later took to her social media to levy the allegations officially. She even tagged PM Modi and requested his interference in the matter.
Earlier today, speaking to ANI, Payal said: “He made me feel uncomfortable. I felt bad about it, whatever happened should not have happened. If someone approaches you for work, it does not mean the person is prepared for anything. I tried to say it before also but my family and friends stopped me. My family is very orthodox. I posted about this also on Twitter but was later forced to delete due to peer pressure.“
Anurag Kashyap denied the allegations and said: “Wow, it took so long to try to silence me. You lied so much in this effort and also dragged other women despite you being a woman. Have some dignity madam! I will just say that all your allegations are baseless.“

In a series of tweets, Kangana asserted that Bollywood is full of sexual predators and that Anurag Kashyap was very much capable of doing what Payal Ghosh is alleging. She said: “I far as I know Anurag self admittedly has never been monogamous even when he was married to various people, what Anurag did to Payal is a common practice in Bollywood, treating struggling outsider girls like sex workers come naturally to them. Anurag is very much capable of doing what #PayalGhosh suggesting, he cheated on all his partners, self admittedly has never been monogamous. Phantom was full of womanizers many #MeToo accused, I supported those victims before also and liberals started smear campaigns against me.”
