Koena Mitra began, “People are trying to divert the conversation to many other things, which is quite disturbing. I’m sure it must be equally disturbing for his family – the father, his sisters. There’s so much mockery, a circus around his sad demise. I’m quietly waiting for CBI to tell us how many people are involved. It is very clear that it wasn’t suicide. He was depressed, he was too intelligent and a genius to think of something like this.”

About all the people supporting Rhea Chakraborty, Koena Mitra said, “So many new strategies by public or a few verified accounts/ prominent figures – the way they play with words and their mind games. There are things that they think people won’t understand but they do. It is very easy to understand and such games will not be accepted. People genuinely supporting his family should wait for the verdict. I don’t think it’s coming soon, so the circus will grow.”

She continued, “A lot of people are nervous, and a lot of people are worried that their secrets might come if she (Rhea Chakraborty) goes. She’s in jail right now. A lot of people are scared; they’re coming out to support her probably to cover up their scene. She might take their names, it’s quite obvious. It is quite frustrating and saddening.”

Talking about Sushant Singh Rajput, Koena Mitra concluded, “Thing is when you become a star, you become popular and you make money. You stop learning and trying other things. That’s what I loved about Sushant. He was into so many other things. He loved knowledge and he loved learning. How can somebody like him think of finishing his life like this?”
