Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) spokesperson Sambit Patra has shared a video of Kangana Ranaut’s posters getting beaten with slippers in Mumbai. A lot has happened ever since Kangana made her official debut on Twitter last month. From taking digs at the alleged Bollywood ‘mafia’ to seeking justice for Sushant Singh Rajput, the Bollywood actress has sparked several debates on the microblogging site with series of explosive tweets.
Kangana’s recent remarks on Mumbai and the city police have also triggered severe criticism. In a bid to slam Kangana over the Queen actress’ controversial remarks on Twitter, an angry mob was seen beating the posters of the Bollywood star in Mumbai. BJP’s Sambit Patra has also reacted to the viral video in which Kangana’s posters are beaten by the angry mob.
Taking to Twitter, Sambit shared the viral video and mentioned the Shiv Sena party in his post. Not only Sambit but Kangana herself also reacted to the video which is doing rounds on social media. Kangana, who is on a crusade to seek justice for late actor Sushant and his family tweeted that Mumbai is ‘addicted to blood’. “After Sushant and Sadhus murder now beating my posters with chappals for my opinions on administration, it seems Mumbai is addicted to blood,” the actress said in a tweet on Friday.
According to a report filed by news agency PTI, the women wing of the Shiv Sena had carried out protests against Kangana in Mumbai and Thane. The protesters reportedly shouted slogans and also slippered Kangana’s posters and effigies.

Talking about Kangana’s tweets, the actress had alleged that Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut had asked her not to come back to Mumbai. The actress had also compared Mumbai to the Taliban after her controversial Pakistani-Occupied Kashmir jibe on the microblogging site.
