The Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has been unveiling some of the unexpected truths about the late actor. In a new development, the Bihar police have said that none of the SIM cards of Sushant was in his name.
One of Sushant’s SIM cards was in the name of his flatmate Sidharth Pithani who was present at the house when Sushant was found hanging from the ceiling. The Bihar police released a statement which read,
“None of the SIM cards that were being used by Sushant was registered in his name. One of them was registered in the name of his friend Siddharth Pithani. We are now tracking the call detail records. We will also interrogate the family of Sushant’s former manager Disha Salin (who died few days before Sushant). Even after constant attempts to connect with them on the phone, we have failed to establish any contact.”
RK Singh, the Union Minister, echoed people’s demand to transfer the case to the CBI. He said,
“Mumbai Police didn’t do anything in the case and were investigating people for publicity. They didn’t file an FIR and didn’t tell who they are probing. Now an FIR has been lodged in Patna in this matter.”
Bihar Police On A Hunt For Rhea
The Patna police are on the hunt for Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty ever since Sushant’s family filed a complaint with the Patna police.
Over the last few days, the case has taken numerous twists including allegations against Rhea and her family for abetment of suicide and cheating and conspiracy. The enforcement directory also filed a case against Rhea and her family for money laundering after reports of she spending Sushant’s money for her make-up and flight tickets went viral.
In the latest development, the Bihar police have alleged that Rhea Chakraborty and her family have left their Mumbai apartment over 3 days ago. According to a report in the Republic TV, the building supervisor said that the actor and her family left their residence in the middle of the night. He revealed that they left in a blue car and had large suitcases with them. He also said that Sushant had not visited Rhea’s residence for quite some time now.
