The Bihar government and the father of Sushant Singh Rajput, Krushna Kishor Singh, has moved to the Supreme Court against Rhea Chakraborty’s request of transferring the case to Mumbai.
After Sushant’s father filed a complaint with the Bihar police against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide, cheating, and conspiracy. Following that, Rhea Chakraborty through her lawyer had filed a petition in the Supreme Court requesting the transfer of the case from Bihar to Mumbai.
The Bihar government’s standing counsel Keshav Mohan has filed caveats with the Supreme Court to not pass any orders on the petition of Rhea Chakraborty without hearing their side of the argument. Once this happened, twitter erupted in praise of the Bihar police and the Bihar government.
